Wow... what a tour!
Got disconected about 3 minutes before race start, but flew the whole task.
I think i did a mistake when uploading the files, looks like i first sent over the results of last monday´s race, not sure, but guess no problem.
Sent again to the right place (i hope).
Cya next week...

I hope you flew the Eastern Alps task. The Oahu task was cancelled.

You must be kidding. There was no announcement of re-launch before server disconnection. I never suspected everyone would be flying another task. David asked if we wanted a possible relaunch but no one discussed it nor decided anything by the time the server disconected so... i flew it.
I hope i can have a chance to fly on this new task you all re-flew. I obviously would have re-joined if i knew.
Great way of starting a week... Wasting my time until 3am for absolutely nothing.

It was cancelled? I lost connection also a couple minutes before race start. Thought maybe I need to call my ISP to see if I've got some noise in the line, so I don't have a repeat of lost connection next week when I host MNS East.
I would have rejoined too. I didn't see any announcement--I looked in the Condor forums too.

There was no announcement (I think). When I got disconnected I decided I didn't want to fly the whole task alone so I quit. When I saw the server list I noticed that the task was something else in the Eastern Alps scenery. That's when I rejoined. But I did so bad that I wonder if I should have flown it at all.

Well... i hope the Oahu flight will be counted as the official MNS west, since it was in fact the official task. Relaunching a new task without getting all pilots aware is not really a fair competition, right?

I think the only fair thing to do is to exclude last Mondays task from the competion as not everyone realised the disconnect was actually the server being reset with a different task.

Sky, it was counted as a raining day. Great decision.
I hope better luck for all of us next monday and also hoping that TS will work well. Sometimes TS server disconects too.
