My last reference to people starting on a late server having an unfair advantage is due to the ability of getting weather information from the people on the earlier server.

Phooey.

Let them do what they will. It really matters very little.
Jeez, if you're gonna go to the trouble that's kinda pathetic. Personally i don't care about that stuff.

I like the AAT tasks and actually they're not that hard to understand after a little thought.

I like the crash penalty idea.

Thanks for the effort

Was there no "Q" mid-air recovery?

Don't know 'bout that.
The way I see chickens in the frozen section at the market...it just don't look that safe to be a chicken.Shocked

Answer me this.
Why is it when I was flying over Barcelonette on day 24 (8/7/06) and the airfield came into view, my fps immediately fell from 28 to 4!

I found that if I moved my view around so that the airfield was out of my FOV, the rate then went back to around 28-30 which is about normal for my system.Though it became impossible to fly any further.
Is there something about how the area was rendered that makes it so resource hungry?

This hasn't happened with any other airfield I've flown over in any scenery package yet released.

Hi all,

I am a glider racing wannabe, and got into Condor as a way of honing my racing skills in the off-season.

I personally wouldn't call a top ten placement in region 5 std class championships a spot for a wannabe racer.
I kinda call that a is-a-be racer. Don't be so modest. sheeshRolling Eyes

Regarding the MNS format and such, I think it has been a highly valuable addition to multiplay opportunities for us Left-Hemispherians.
Your efforts along with VK's contributions are greatly appreciated. I also like the style and length of the tasks set on MNS. They walk the line of RL complexity with at-home accessibility. With your experience in RL and the tasks you set, I feel I'm getting a glimpse into what RL tasks I could be facing in the coming seasons as I begin my first RL x-country excursions and races.

keep it up.
